Nice to hear from you and appreciate the follow up to check that everything is fine with the new garage door. I can confirm that everything you said and did is most satisfactory; indeed from the first phone-call when I explained what I wanted, through to you arranging a survey within days, turning up exactly as was arranged and going through what you could offer at what price, and what payment methods were accepted, the process was both efficient and friendly. Your estimation of the first likely fitting date taking account of the manufacturing time to customise to order was faster than I had expected but, again, you did as you said and after confirming by telephone in advance, turned up at the agreed time and date. Throughout the task of removing the old up-and-over door and fitting the new roller you were patient in explaining how you were overcoming the problems of the garage brick door pillars not being truly vertical and reassuring me that the finished job would be to my satisfaction. On completion, your patient explanation of how to operate the door from the control panel or using one of the two remotes supplied was spot on and you cleaned up well and also disposed of my old door.

I had my roller garage door fitted just before Christmas 2020 by Doorolla Doors. It was installed very professionally, in one day. They dismantled and disposed of the original up-and-over GRP door with its fitments. The finished door was sealed and waterproofed against the brickwork of the house to prevent rain water ingress into the garage.
