From the initial consultation to the final installation, Doorolla is committed to delivering a faultless service every step of the way.

Step #1

Initial Contact

You can get in touch with us either by phone or online. We will then talk through your requirements. If you have an idea of your dimensions, we can provide an estimated price based on your measurements - please don’t worry if you don’t it’s not a problem. We will arrange with you to visit your home to conduct a free, no obligation site survey, which usually takes about 30-40 minutes.

Step #2

Survey

Our engineer will arrive at your property at the arranged time. During the survey, they will check the aperture measurements, and survey the walls and floor for trueness and to note any obstacles eg. Gas meters, pipes etc. The engineer will confirm the specification of the door with you and will answer any questions you might have.

Step #3

Ordering

If you are happy to proceed with the order, the engineer will confirm a mutually agreeable installation date. They will then complete the relevant order form/contract with yourself, leaving you with your signed copy. The engineer doing the survey will usually be the same person that does the installation so their personal mobile phone number is on the paperwork in case you have any further questions.

Step #4

Installation

There is usually a 3 to 4 week period between your order date and the date of installation. A few days before the agreed installation date, we will contact you once more to confirm a time the engineer will be with you and run through any last minute questions you may have.

Step #5

On the day

Once on-site, the engineer will remove your old door and frame and then install your new garage door. Our Engineers will set up all the controls and operating parameters etc - testing them to make sure everything is working as planned. Your old door and frame is loaded onto our van and taken away. Your driveway and garage floor is swept clean and all rubbish removed leaving the engineer free to give you a full demonstration of your new roller door. They will show you how to operate it and go through any extra features you may have chosen. Once you are fully satisfied, we then require payment in full as per the contract.
